Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original, unopened condition. Collectible cards and graded items must remain sealed to be eligible for return.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at your registered email with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Please wait for return authorization before sending items back. Include your order number in the package.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or unsealed collectible cards and graded items
• Limited edition or pre-order items (unless defective)
• Digital products
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
